Unlike many branding and advertising firms, we keep things simple. Whether the media is traditional or interactive, we specialize in taking the consumer’s point of view to create ideas that are easy to understand, like, and act upon. Which leads the consumer to say: “I get it. I like it. I’ll buy it.”

Our approach works in consumer as well as business-to-business communications. And has increased business for our clients in categories as diverse as food, travel and tourism, home appliances, financial services, and automotive. Just to name a few.

In a word — respect. It’s something we don’t take lightly. We respect the knowledge of our clients; so we learn from them. We respect their budgets; so we make sure there’s value in everything we do. We respect their customers; so we make sure our advertising does, too.

How do we work?

We’re big believers in teamwork. We feel the most successful campaigns come when client and agency work together toward a common goal; when there’s respect (there’s that word again) throughout the team; and acceptance of others’ ideas.

Where are we?

We’re in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Nope, it’s not in the middle of nowhere. It’s a vibrant university town in the middle of everything. Go out our front door, turn right. Two hours later you’re in Chicago. Turn left, two hours later you’re in Detroit.

Anything else?

Sure. We’re one of the few Michigan agencies outside Detroit to qualify for membership in the American Association of Advertising Agencies. It provides us extensive marketing, media and research facilities that we can call upon to help our clients build their brands.
